About me
I have over 40 years experience in the areas of research, study and application of natural health practices.
When solutions to chronic health issues weren’t to be found in the allopathic system I had grown up with, there was a choice to make - accept what I was being told and stay locked in a framework of symptom management, or set out on my own to explore a life of healing and growth.
Along the way, I have learned - and unlearned - many things, and have gained a deeper awareness of the part we all play in the creation of our earthly experiences.
